Medically Home is seeking a dynamic supply chain expert who is passionate about transforming the future of healthcare to serve as a Rapid Response Services Manager . This position will be based in Seattle, Washington with the ability to travel to other Medically Home sites and corporate events.

The Rapid Response Services Manager will manage supply chain and logistics activities for our existing and upcoming virtual hospital programs. In this highly visible role, the successful candidate will join the existing team to coordinate activities across our implementation, operations, and clinical teams to deliver products and services to patients admitted to our hospital-at-home program. The successful candidate will have enthusiasm, passion, attention to detail and a desire to be a part of a team to love and care for our patients.

Location : Seattle, WA Area
Reports to : VP, Rapid Response Services
Travel: 20-40% across state of WA and occasional travel to Portland.

Acts as a liaison between Command Center and supplier partners to manage growth, capacity and service level expectations
Acts as a first-line resource to manage the relationship interface between Medically Home and supplier partners pertaining to supply, logistics, quality, reporting, credentialing, and training.
Serve as the in-market primary interface with each service provider and supplier partner to ensure adherence to operational service delivery requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Command Center clinical, implementation and operational team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and address any challenges, do root-cause analysis of issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead on-site training efforts in-market with all Medically Home service providers and supplier partners.
Lead in-market initial and ongoing service provider and supplier partners qualifications.
Report on supply chain and logistic metrics to enable process improvements and root cause analyses.
Identify issues and or risks with meeting clinical and non-clinical supply requirements and implement solutions to meet service level requirements with superior patient experiences.
Participate in market-based quarterly Rapid Response Services performance meetings; collect all relevant data collection to Chief of Client Success to support quarterly meetings.
Develop and maintain in-market supplies and equipment inventory to ensure efficient resource deployment and utilization.
Provide support to members of the Medically Home team related to supply chain, including the Chief of Client Success with special projects as required.
Oversee Rapid Response Services partners in the Acute Rapid Response network of service providers (e.g., Infusion Services, Skilled Nursing, Paramedics, Phlebotomy, Mobile Diagnostics, Courier Services, Meals, DME); supporting all payor-required credentialing activities of the supply chain partners for individual markets; and the ongoing maintenance (e.g., adding, dropping, and supporting partners) of the network in the relevant geography.

Bachelor of Science degree in health-care discipline or health care license or accreditation in nursing or emergency medical services, or equivalent experience in home health services delivery
Minimum of 3-5 years clinical operations, supply chain service procurement, or strategic business analysis
Strong communication skills to communicate verbal and written feedback and instruction
Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to influence others and work independently and in a team environment
Effective escalation management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Microsoft Project and Visio proficiency is a plus

Position Requirements Include
Ability to travel locally, by automobile, at least 25% - 50% of time across the State of Washington
Ability to travel by plane, at least 10% of time
