However, this role will have a primary focus on clients in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.DescriptionAs a Manager within our Business Consulting practice in Seattle, you will introduce and drive change activities to help clients transform their business and to recognize the greatest value from technology-driven initiatives, very often initiated by EPAM's world-class software engineering and product development teams.Expectations include leading or participating in the delivery of large program management, business transformation, and organizational change management supporting client teams. A critical component of this role is to partner with EPAM's Practices including Sales, Digital, Delivery, and Product Development and to create a plan to help our clients achieve their business objectives.Req. #237692893
What You'll DoLead strategic engagements, doing billable client work that involves planning, selecting, and delivering solutions for our clientsManage and oversee large complex transformational programsIdentify and drive business development activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals/SOWs, and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new dealsAlign with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfactionWork with our national business consulting team to devise differentiated strategic and technology solutions to help clients solve industry challengesStay abreast of current and emerging business and technology challenges, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operateContribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing effortsRequirements6+ years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment. A blend of consulting and industry is also acceptable.
