The Learning and Development (L&D) Operations Analyst
identifies and leverages various sources of L&D data (e.g.,
surveys, evaluation results, LMS analytics, skills inventory) to
address critical questions regarding course and program
effectiveness and prepares reports of findings. Individuals in this
role determine the practical implications of the analytic findings
and offer suggestions for continuous improvement across the L&D
team. In addition, the L&D Operations Analyst deeply
understands the available data and the kinds of questions it can
address. - -

The Operations Analyst works closely with the L&D Operations
Senior Manager and Program Coordinator to ensure operations run
smoothly and to support the team with course coordination,
communication, and LMS administration, where needed. -

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Develops and maintains a deep understanding of L&D's
measurement procedures and existing data sources -
Contributes to the development of new measurement tools and
procedures, with support and guidance -
Analyzes existing L&D data from multiple systems to glean
insights related to the effectiveness of L&D programs, learning
needs, and the Foundations (onboarding) program -
Prepares reports of analytic findings that are consumable for the
end-user and that facilitate decision-making; may occasionally
formally present findings to interested audiences -
Identifies practical implications of analytic findings for
continuous L&D program improvement -
Identifies data trends and issues as a result of data modeling and
analysis -
Explores and makes recommendations for use of available Teamatics
(skills inventory) data -
Partners with Workplace Experience team to collect and analyze data
and metrics related to L&D's use of Point B tools such as
associate engagement with Communities of Interest/Practice in
Microsoft Teams -
Works closely with other Operations teams such as Recruiting and
Human Resources to ensure the most current data is being leveraged

Supports L&D operations tasks as needed, including scheduling,
course registrations and waitlist management, facilitator
coordination, facilitator and participant communications, LMS
management, etc. - -
Communicates effectively with L&D and other stakeholders to
create common understanding of analytic findings -
Contributes ideas and perspectives that advance the L&D vision
and strategy -
Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with
individuals in work groups and teams -
Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and
values -
Takes direction from Senior Manager, Learning & Development
Operations and other L&D team members regarding analytic needs

Participates in firm culture activities to connect regularly with
other Point B'ers (e.g., FW Ops Meetings, Geo Meetings) -

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
B.A. or B.S. degree required -
1-3 years of relevant work experience -
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with high
degree of attention to detail -
Experience with learning management systems and learning data
preferred -
Basic knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation, and
learner-centered activities preferred -
Troubleshooting capabilities, employing a keen sense of urgency
-
Strong technology skills with working knowledge of MS Office
products---and Office365 as well as data analytic tools such as MS
Excel - -
Experience using more advanced analytic tools such as PowerBI or
Tableau preferred -
