Job Description:

Title: Operation/Plans Analyst KBR is seeking a mid-level Operations and Plans Analyst with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in military Operations and Analysis, and an intermediate understanding of the planning and employment of Integrated Air and Missile Defense in support of the HQDA G-3/5/7 DAMO-Fires Team and the Department of Defense. Analyst will support the DAMO-Fires Director by working with senior staff subject matter experts to synchronize and integrate operations, plans and analysis efforts for the Army AMD staff and other stakeholders. This includes interface with Joint and Army analysis organizations including Center for Army Analysis and Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Organization), FORSCOM, TRADOC (including Fires Center of Excellence), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), Army Air and Missile Defense Commands (AAMDC), ASA/ALT, US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), and key elements of the Army G-3 Operations Staff. Analyst will: Assess/analyze current capabilities and make recommendations to leadership for future operational employment Work with classified projects, studies and analyses Work in conjunction with Army War planners to provide operational insights to improve current and future plans Maintain situational awareness of existing operations and translate analytical findings into operational recommendations to improve force capabilities Execute staff actions to support DAMO-Fires efforts Prepare written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries) to shape and defend Army staff positions Prepare and present briefings to leadership and stakeholders Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in business administration, engineering, science, or equivalent education 8 years of related work experience Top Secret level security clearance Desired Qualifications: Expertise on Joint and Army Staff processes or serving on Joint or Army Staff Familiarity with studies, analyses, and war plans development.
