Opportunity:
Our Creative Organization is looking for an experienced and highly
accountable Workforce Planning Analyst. As an individual
contributor, reporting directly to a Senior Program Manager, this
person will operationalize creative production, business reporting,
and workforce planning programs within the business, and
communicate results and strategies throughout the leadership
team.

Our Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA, and this
position is available for remote work in the following states: WA,
OH, NV, PA, TX, NC, GA, NJ and FL
Your Impact:
* Create accurate forecasts for near and long-term hiring needs,
balancing the needs of the business while considering and achieving
all financial budgets.
* Advise on workforce planning for strategic initiatives and assist
in implementing and tracking across the organization.
* Analyze current and future production workflows to develop
accurate assessment of staffing needs, as well as create and
generate production reporting to capture production and cost
reporting.
* Attend inter- and cross-department meetings to provide input and
strategic advisement
* Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members and
feedback to Director/SVP when appropriate
What You Bring:
* Four-year degree in business management, analytics, or related
field
* Minimum of 2 years in workforce planning and analytics
* Minimum of 2 years in P&L management with experience using
the following programs: SQL, Tableau, Looker, and BQ
* Advanced proficiency level in Excel
* Ability to effectively articulate businesses performance in both
verbally and in written form
