complex technical data for company products and system-level
concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize
effectiveness over the program lifecycle. Applies complex systems
engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of
system of systems, systems and new product development. Derives and
develops complex architectures, functional requirements,
refinements and product designs. Assists in the integration of
technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering
considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with
other members of the project or program teams, management, sales
and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group,
organization and company objectives. Performs technical planning
and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.
Oversees training, leads and mentors others. Works under minimal
direction.The position is located in Renton, WA (Hybrid option
available)Position Responsibilities:
- The systems engineering certification integration analyst will
coordinate with program leaders, design engineers, unit members,
and regulators to ensure that production and development
certification projects are defined and executed to support 737
program requirements.
- Provides support for the development of certification plans and
negotiate changes required in order to secure approval of
certification plan by regulatory agencies. Identifies the data
elements for configuration status accounting and reporting,
identifies and deploys tools to support data collection and
reporting.
- Performs configuration verification/ Major Minor audits.
- Drive completion of IPT work statement to ensure that key
program milestones are met (ie Cert Plan submittal, cert basis,
TIA, Type board, PSOC, and incremental closure)
- Provide support and coordination for certification basis
edits
- Provide support and coordination with IPT and Reg admin for
completion of DDL/DDC and ADs for ATC projects
- Coordinate with CPOS and track/manage cert plans and cert plan
deliverables to ensure timely submittals
- Oversees training, leads and mentors others.
- Works under minimal direction. The selected candidate will be
required to perform some work onsite or Hybrid The position must
meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US
Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person"
includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or
asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced
technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical
education
- 4 years work experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to plan tasks and adhere to schedules
- Knowledge of Design Change Classification System (DCCS)
- Knowledge of certification process
- Knowledge of certification regulations
- Knowledge of certification program lifecycle (certification
planning, development, implementation, testing, analysis,
compliance, phase/project closure)
- Familiarity with airplane systemsTypical Education/Experience

work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education
and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7
years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience,
