Find your future with us.The Functional Chief Office for Systems Engineering at The Boeing Company is seeking an organized, creative and motivated Experienced Staff Analyst to join their team in Seattle, WA or Huntsville, AL. This individual will coordinate and lead Design Practice Tech Boards and Tech Councils, as well as maintain charters, metrics, and website/servers. This role will also allow for opportunity to provide general support as a staff analyst to the Deputy Functional Chief Engineer for Systems Engineering. - Come join this brand new team and help build from the ground up.Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)
  • Develops executive level briefings
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Leads the development and deployment of training content
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational trainingThis position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic -Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • 3+ years' of experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
    • 5+ years' experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
    • 5+ years' of experience working with the Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadersTypical Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.RelocationRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
