Find your future with us.The ALEI (Airplane Level Engineering Integration) Systems Engineering team is hiring a Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst to work with the Lean Systems Integration Management (LSIM) core team. This is a diverse team of subject matter experts that applies an internally developed approach to construct analytically verifiable process integration models, enhanced by Boeing's state of the art advancement of the Theory of Constraints (TOC). The team member will support the development and implementation of the LSIM methodology that could extend across the enterprise.This position is located in Everett, WA.Position Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will work in multiple teaming environments and will be asked to facilitate meetings and propose solutions to various levels of management.
  • Will learn and apply concepts from Large Scale Systems Integration, TOC, Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) and Lean Product Development.
  • The candidate will solicit program level data from functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), such as Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Using the data collected and modeling tools, the team member will develop process models, convert process models to planning models and manage those models during program execution.
  • During program execution the candidate will take large volumes of model data and synthesize it with minimal supervision. They will identify emergent issues, perform root cause analysis, and document program level impacts in a clear and succinct manner.
  • Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.
  • Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development.
  • Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs.
  • Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product.
  • Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.
  • Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools. Oversees training, leads and mentors others. Work Authorization: The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the above listed location with the opportunity to work alternate work schedules.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • 3+ years of experience working with teams, applying systems thinking, conducting analyses and presenting results to technical, management and/or executive audiences.
    • 2+ years of experience leading and/or managing projects.
    • 2+ years of experience working with engineering processes in at least one area of the airplane product life cycle such as structure, electrical, mechanical, and avionics systems.
    • 1+ years of experience with Project Management & LEAN methodology.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Bachelor's degree or higher.
      • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
