If this resonates with you and you have what it takes to join WiBotic, please contact us today!We are looking to fill a full-time position with an exceptionally talented complianceengineer to drive the following:WiBotic technical product support

  • Performing EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and product safety testsrequired for medium/high power electronic products
    • Determining the correct test setup/equipment and measurement and ensuring thatthe tests are performed correctly
      • Trouble-shooting test setup and product EMC issues
      • Research certification requirements by geographic region, write and execute certification test plans
      • Capturing and analyzing test data, creating reports and completing the necessaryregulatory paperwork
        • Familiarity in working with accredited test labs and global standards agenciessuch as FCC/IC, UL, IEC, CISPRWiBotic engineering support
          • Provide general testing support for new and existing WiBotic products.
          • Test proposed product integrations with customer robots, drones etc. to verifyperformance and assist with product customization if necessary.
            • Provide feedback and product improvement ideas to WiBotic engineering staff. - -Required Qualifications:
              • 2+ years' experience as EMC test engineer in power electronics, robotics, consumerelectronics, RF or other engineering industry as an Electrical Engineer or ElectricalApplications Engineer
                • The candidate must have a working knowledge of RF principles, EMC testing and designand EMC regulatory requirements
                  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals
                  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects
                  • Strong organization and documentation abilities
                  • Must be a strong team player with great interpersonal skills.Additional Qualifications:
                    • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering
                    • Familiarity with environmental test procedures for products thermal, shock and vibe ,etcAbility to read electrical design schematics and layout using tools Altium, PADS, OrCAD, etc.
