We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Maintenance
Technician to join the team at the Joseph Arnold Lofts and The Jack
Joseph Arnold Lofts is a high rise property with 130 units, and is
located on the quiet side of Belltown with postcard perfect views!
Situated on Seattle's newest "green street," this coveted
residential address boasts the energy of nearby restaurants and
historic Pike Place Market, the beauty of the waterfront, the
imagination of Olympic Sculpture Park and the entertainment of the
iconic Seattle Center.
The Jack Apartments is a 135-unit property in the heart of
everything that Seattle has to offer! This is a beautiful building
with great amenities and smart in-home features. We are seeking a
maintenance technician who enjoys learning. You will be part of a

Schedule: Full-time, Sunday -Thursday
Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all
appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance
Supervisor and Community Manager.
Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs
within homes and throughout the property.
Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and
Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
and Community Manager.
Contributes to a positive team environment and happy resident
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly
preferred, but not required
Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Strong team player
Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance
