(Responsibilities and Qualifications):ManTech has a current job
opening for a Ship's Force Work Package (SFWP) Manager in
Bremerton, WA. The position provides technical management and
oversight services in support of the Carrier Availability Support
Team (CAST), Ship's Force Work Package (SFWP), Habitability (HAB),
and Enhanced Quality Of Life (EQOL) programs for Commander, Naval
Air Forces Pacific (COMNAVAIRPAC).Job Description: Provide training
to ship department heads, division officers, and work center
supervisors on procedures for documenting SFWP material
requirements on jobs screened to Ship's Force.Qualifications: 15
years minimum experience in Navy ship maintenance, of which at
least 10 must be gained through direct operational experience while
serving on duty onboard aircraft carriers 3 years recent experience
planning and coordinating ship repair and maintenance Strong
knowledge in hull, mechanical and electrical equipment and systems
for aircraft carriers Ability to communicate and interface with
senior Navy personnel (06/GS-l 5) on a routine basis with regard to
shipboard systems and equipment status and provide recommended
course of action to repair Strong knowledge of MS Excel and
PowerPoint; able to develop and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data
received and provide short- and long-term recommendations
Experience in evaluating maintenance provider estimates during
project planning phase prior to the start of availabilities
Willingness and ability to travel Candidates needs to have mastered
the complex shipboard functions and clear understanding of rank
structure of a US Navy CVN Candidates must have a least one year of
shipboard experience during a CNO availability Candidates must have
extensive knowledge of CSMP in AIM Candidate must be able to
Monitor, capture, and report metrics as defined by the established
protocol of Carrier Team One, the SFR KSN, and the SFR Process
Master Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Willingness and
ability to travelDesirable Qualifications 3 years of experience
with Naval Nuclear Propulsion on board aircraft carriers 3 years
minimum experience in TYCOM staff procedures Experience interfacing
with shipyard Project Team members, i.e. Project Superintendent
(PS), Assistant Project Superintendent (APS), Project Engineering
Planning Manager(PEPM), Business Strategic Planning Officer (BSPO),
work Integration Manager(WIM) The ideal candidate would likely be a
retired US Navy veteran or a civilian with vast experience gained
during multiple CNO availabilities as a Shipyard employeeThe
projected compensation range for this position is $68,000-$85,000.

salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage
Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies
that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote
Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal
