Job Description: Researches and performs basic analysis of processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design. Assists customers to clarify basic requirements. Interprets and translates routine requirements into functional specifications. Assists in the development and execution of moderately complex tests to validate system functionality against specifications.
*** Commercial Airplane (BCA) and *** Global Services (BGS) has a series of business processes and practices to authorize, fulfill and terminate access to My***Fleet.com (MBF) and associated products / services. There are key areas of the MBF Profile Management Statement of Work that enables the end to end value stream for electronic access to *** products and services:
--- Electronic Access Fulfillment and Termination of contractual agreements for 3rd Party Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) companies, Technical Consultants and Appointed Agents.
--- Access Administration and Service Request Fulfillment for Leasing Market Technical Consultants and Owner/Operator Appointed Agents.
--- Workload Administration and Queue Management of inbound Service Requests and Contract Execution Notices.Other organizational improvement activities such as process improvement projects and documentation needs
