Job Description:
While this position is remote, we are only accepting applicants
within the State of Washington. We are seeking a Compensation and
Benefits Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible for the
administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs
and assists in the design and implementation of base pay and
incentive programs that reflect the organization's total rewards
philosophy and compliance with regulatory requirements. This
position is also responsible for the maintenance of the Human
Resource Information System (HRIS). This work is done in a
team-oriented, fast-paced, and confidential environment.Essential
Responsibilities include the following: The list of

- Provide superior customer service and build professional
working relationships with internal and external clients by
responding in a timely way to questions and requests and escalating
as appropriate.
- Participates in compensation/benefit surveys, pay practice
studies to analyze company's competitive position.
- Evaluate, benchmark, and market price jobs. Analyze
compensation data, recommend salary grades and make offer proposal
recommendations.
- Support manager in annual compensation review programs,
including base pay review and incentive payout programs
- Responsible for the administration of all benefit plans. Work
with our internal team and external vendors and carriers to make
sure benefits related programs are implemented on time and
appropriately (including and not limited to Retirement benefits,
Medical, Vision, Dental benefits, COBRA, Life/AD&D, LOA,
etc.)
- Accountable for planning and managing the annual employee
benefit open enrollment processing in partnership with our brokers,
carriers and communications team.
- Responsible for HRIS configuration and ongoing system
maintenance.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and administration
of various Human Resource (HR) and Benefit Programs
- Ensure that HR and Benefits policies and procedures are
consistent with organizational needs, regulatory requirements and
positive employee relations.
- Work together with other team members, review monthly
department budget expenses, submit monthly accruals, review/approve
incoming invoices, and conduct expense reconciliations on quarterly
basis.
- Process annual benefits true up, regulatory reporting, and
benefits related audit and ensure compliance.
- Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality of
sensitive employee and company information at all times.Experience,
skills, and education do you need to have to succeed in the
position: The requirements listed below are representative of the
knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform
the essential functions of the position.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience implementing
/administering compensation, benefits and leaves of absence
programs in a corporate Human Resources environment.
- Proficient user of Microsoft software especially Excel.
- 3 years of experience using HRIS, Ultipro experience
preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills, with the ability to work well under minimal
supervision.
- Detail oriented with consistent follow-up practices and
customer focus.
- Demonstrated record of being highly organized and able to meet
deadlines. Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical
standards.
- Experience with maintaining electronic and paper filing
systems.Travel:This position requires occasional travel. We reserve
