This position is not for everyone, but if you are willing to give your best for this life-changing opportunity, please submit your resume.A few other _must_ haves and some _nice _to haves:* Thorough understanding of building science and trade work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.)* Ability to work collaboratively with a team* Communication with the team and clientele* Willingness to take direction and accept feedback* Resourceful problem-solvers with a CAN-DO attitude* Detail-oriented with high standards* Must be fully tooled* Valid driver's license and insurance* Pass a criminal background check* _Nice to Have_: minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry*What you will do:** Manage Subcontractors* Site prep, demolition, and excavation* Rough framing and carpentry* Minor drywall and tile* Window and door installation* Interior and exterior trim* Cabinetry installation* Install and maintain dust barriers.* Remove load-bearing walls and properly support structural loads.* Interpret Plans.* layout and frame walls.* Build Decks* Custom Woodworking.* Full-time, 40-hours per week with opportunities for overtime if desired* Mon-Fri generally 7 am- 4 pmWe have a formal recruiting process and have a relationship with Zephyr Recruiting LLC, whom we use for the screening and hiring process.
