• Paid time offJob DetailsWe are looking for a Construction Project Manager to help one of our clients in El Salvador!For this role, you MUST be able to relocate to El Salvador, a U.S citizen, and hold an Active Top Secret Clearance If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being).Responsibilities:
  • Own all aspects of construction schedules like preparing, reviewing, and revising/updating.
  • Maintain proposals, project budgets, scheduling subcontractors, cross-collaborating with vendors, tech, and/or partner issues.
  • Able to hand bid preparation, visit new jobs sites, and completing closeout documentation.Requirements:
    • 4-7+ Years of construction project management
    • Preferred to have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE (If you only have a Secret Clearance or no clearance, we may be able to provide an interim for the time being).
