Design Construction Manager - *On Site*
The Design and Construction Manager is responsible for the day to day management of capital projects ranging in scope and complexity. This role is responsible for managing the budget, timeline, risks, and delivery of capital projects. Although this role does not have direct reports, the manager is responsible for the leadership of contractors and vendors and ensuring that these parties embrace our Mission and Core Values and deliver the project as contracted.

Join our team at Providence Real Estate Strategy And Operations where you'll support nurses both in and out of surgery, among other patient care tasks. Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree: Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance.


  • 6 years Construction management.


  • 3 years Healthcare construction management.


  • Proven experience with land use practices and procedures across a diverse geographic portfolio.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
