We strive for transparency, accuracy, timely and compliant pay, and we continually collaborate with our partner teams, working towards the shared goals of optimizing our HCM solutions, realizing time and cost savings, generating powerful data analytics, meeting or exceeding compliance regulations, introducing standardization across operations and processes, and increasing our data security. a day in the life: The Senior Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams on mid to high complexity, high impact projects to support our internal business needs and guest experiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Expert understanding of documenting business requirements for complex time and pay
  • Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs
  • Developing requirements use cases and partnering with tech teams to strategize and manage testing execution
  • Lead impact assessment, and dependency management discussions with partner teams
  • Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business and technical stakeholders
  • Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain alignment within constraints of the project or work qualifications:
    • 5+ years of business analyst experience
    • Strong experience providing business requirements for medium to large initiatives
    • Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
    • Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced Confluence and Jira sills
    • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to be self-directed, proactive and work with a sense of urgency
    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver results
    • Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind must haves

Compensation and Benefits Package For Washington Applicants: lululemon's compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position in Washingtonis from $97,800 - $128,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
