Job Description:

A tech services company in Washington is looking to add a new -Accounts Payable Analyst II to their team in a Remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Analyst II will:

• 
  
• Be heavily involved in the procure-to-pay process, including matching PO to invoices, invoice entries and generating vendor payment batches for approval
  
• Process vendor invoices for multiple entities in the US, Canada and in the EMEA region
  
• Process employee expense reimbursements in a timely manner in line with company expense policies
  
• Identify areas for workflow process improvements, provide recommendations
  
• Handle vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relationships
  
• Handle other ad hoc AP-related tasks
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
    
  • High School Diploma / GED
    
  • Experience with basic Accounting functions
    
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets
    
  • Microsoft Excel proficient
    
  • Solid mathematical skills
    
  • Great interpersonal skills
    
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    
  • Strong attention to detail
    
  • Highly organized
    
    Desired Skills:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
      
    • Experience with Coupa experience
      
    • Working knowledge of Netsuite
