Job DescriptionWe're looking for an amazing sales professional to join our team as a Personal Cruise Consultant. This is a fully remote/work from home position. You'll be responsible for making outbound sales calls to guests interested in Holland America Line's cruises; building relationships for referrals and repeat business; managing your database by contacting guests at the right time with the right message; using exceptional listening skills; and asking qualified discovery questions to close sales.We are seeking energetic, sales-minded, and performance-driven individuals to join our team.What We Look for in a CandidateSuccessful candidates will need:

• Ability to master new computer systems, with prior experience in Excel and Outlook preferredYou will be a relationship-based sales consultant, placing 40-60 outbound calls and generating 100+ outbound emails daily, responsible for meeting performance metrics and objectives.Benefits and PerksWrite your success story with uncapped, performance-based compensation.   • First-year earnings: typical performers earn $50k/year; top performers earn $80k/year; experienced consultants earn $65k+/yearCompensation DetailsMinimum base wage is $15.00/hour or higher based on location. Guaranteed incentives include:
    • Training incentive: $1,500 pro-rated from hire date
    • Post-training: $2,000 for first six months on outbound callsThis position requires a 12-month commitment post-training before applying for other roles within the company.Your PCC JourneyAfter application and passing initial assessments, candidates will complete a scheduled video interview. Successful hires will undergo 10-12 weeks of paid training. Post-training, you will build relationships and convert leads into loyal guests, with earnings growing as you develop your book of business.Training begins on: July 14, 2025Training hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST. Regular working hours are between 10 AM - 7 PM PST, with a one-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks, plus one weekend day per week and occasional overtime during peak periods.We ask for a commitment to training and the first 90 days of employment without time off.Additional InformationIf selected, Holland America Line provides work equipment and offers a monthly internet allowance of $50, contingent on meeting high-speed internet requirements:
      • High-speed, non-satellite internet (cable or fiber preferred)
      • Minimum speeds of 50 Mbps down and 12 Mbps up
      • No data caps
