As our Shop Foreman, you will oversee daily operations in our service department, ensuring efficiency, quality workmanship, and technician productivity. Key Responsibilities: Manage technician scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency. Keep technicians focused and on task while maintaining high productivity. Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and support to service staff. Maintain a well-organized and professional work environment.
