motivated, people-focused Salon Manager to lead our busy salon. If
you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others, building a
positive team culture, and running a successful salon—this role is
for you! What You’ll Do ? Lead, coach, and support a team of
stylists ? Create schedules and manage daily salon operations ?
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain Great Clips
standards ? Hire, train, and develop stylists for long-term success
? Drive salon performance, productivity, and morale What We’re
Looking For ? Valid Cosmetology or Barber License ? Previous salon
leadership or management experience preferred ? Strong
communication and team-building skills ? Positive attitude and
passion for developing others ? Ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment What We Offer ?Guaranteed hourly pay
performance bonuses Wage scale between $25-$30 with pay ranging
from $40-$50 with tips ? Paid sick, vacation and holiday pay ?
