Due to rappid growth and prosperity, we're opening a new position on our dynamic Sale Team, a Senior Sales Executive - Strategic Accounts. Our company continues to grow at double digits and maintains an employee turnover of less than 3%. POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Sales Executive - Strategic Accounts will be responsible for driving revenue growth focusing on large Hospital Systems, Strategic Hospitals, Home Health, Acute Rehab, LTACH, ACOs, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitalists, Physician/Hospital Organizations and large Physicians Groups in their assigned territory by successfully growing and retaining existing provider clients and aggressively targeting, engaging and closing provider prospects. In their assigned market, this position will work collaboratively with the assigned account management team to develop the necessary tactics and relationships to ensure high client growth, satisfaction and retention. Ultimately -successfully growing and retaining existing payor clients and aggressively targeting, engaging and closing payor and/provider -prospects. MCG and the Hearst Organization will definitely be your best and last employer! - DELIVERABLES: - Plans and conducts the overall growth and revenue retention strategy for assigned provider clients in partnership with the Account Management team and under the direction of the Provider sales leadership team - Selling into strategic level opportunities including large Hospital Systems, Strategic Hospitals, Home Health, Acute Rehab, LTACH, ACOs, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitalists, Physician/Hospital Organizations and large Physicians Groups - Proactively manages and supports directly assigned Provider accounts - Aggressively identifies, targets and closes new business - Meets or exceeds annual revenue targets, client retention goals and client satisfaction metrics for assigned provider markets/accounts - Appropriately delivers meaningful and constructive responses to RFP/I's while working collaboratively with other internal resources - Actively supports the Division's Tradeshow/Industry Event strategy and execution - Consistently uses and maintains metrics, pipelines, CRM tools, and quantitative feedback to effectively manage their business - Develops and maintains strong relationships with the various members of the MCG teams including management, Sales Executives, Account Management, Alliance Partner, Product Management Training and Technical organizations - Ability to constructively and positively translate broader strategic priorities into daily tasks and tactics - With guidance from the Sales Leadership team, able deploy strong segment driven sales strategies, tactics and tools that effectively identify client/prospect priorities and efficiently aligns the sales process accordingly. - Open to learning and developing new skills under the mentorship of the Sales leadership team - Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate well with all division employees - Engages constructively and appropriately with peers to achieve overall goals - Adept communicator with the ability to think on their feet and effectively engage clients/prospects - Become well-trained in all aspects of Guideline products and technology to ensure successful client management - Ability to travel overnight at least 30% IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years direct sales experience with demonstrated ability to close sales and drive revenue growth - Significant knowledge of the managed care/case management and hospital industry - Knowledgeable regarding the use and role of guidelines by payors and/or providers - Experience managing RFP/RFI response and follow-up - Demonstrated ability to write reports and make sales presentations - Experience working with providers regarding resource management and cost benefit analysis - Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations - Previous negotiations involving risk bearing contracts - Ability to work collaboratively, proactively and positively with internal and external customers. - Clinical background a positive If interested please send your resume to Stefon Ricard at
