About the positionCapture 3D is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our successful, dynamic and expanding Pacific Northwest team. Capture 3D represents the industry leading ZEISS GOM ATOS 3D non-contact measurement and inspection solutions in both fully automated and manual configurations.The ATOS solutions have been embraced by a wide range of companies such as Activision, Arconic Howmet, Barnes Aerospace, Boeing, Chromalloy, Chrysler, Disney, Ford, GE, General Atomics, GM, Honda, Honeywell, Joe Gibbs Racing, Microsoft, NASA, NIKE, PCC, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Tesla, Toyota Racing Development, and Pratt & Whitney to name a few.This position is in our Issaquah WA office and is targeted to further develop the Northwest region. Capture 3D has offices in Santa Ana CA (HQ), Farmington Hills MI (Automated Solution Center), Issaquah WA, South Windsor CT and Cornelius NC.Responsibilities and Duties* Focuses on outreach, prospecting, lead generation and lead qualification* Identifying potential customers pain points and determine if Capture 3D solutions can address them* Move leads through the sales pipeline* Schedule strategic next steps actions with Capture 3D sales reps which could be product demonstration, strategy call, fit assestment or technical review* Articulate technology capabilities and process benefits of our solutions, organization, and products via presentations, demonstrations, cost benefit analysis (ROI), Proof Of Concept engagements, and service projects* Work in tandem with our technical team to present solutions and benefits for that specific prospect and their industry* Communicate and update management on a regular basis* SDRs are evaluated on the number of qualified leads they move through the pipelineBasic Qualifications* 2-3 years of technical related direct sales experience (CAD/CAM, metrology or related type solutions is a benefit)* Ability to articulate technical information in a simplistic and concise manner* Strong closing skills* Dedicated work ethic and willing to work the hours commensurate with the SDR position* Technical competence combined with excellent presentation skills* Willingness to travel 30%-50%* Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing or Inspection /Quality processes a plus* Sound knowledge of PC use and applicationsPreferred Qualifications* Track record of performing as an SDR* Capital equipment sales experience* Conversant in executive level business discussions* Formal sales training* Metrology sales experience* Bachelor's degree?BenefitsWe believe in a balanced work-life and have benefit plans to support this ethic as well as providing compensation and benefits that are competitive in the various communities in which we operate.
