Job Description:

We're looking for a--VP of Sales--to join our Seattle office and take our team to the next level. The VP of Sales will be responsible for bringing strategic vision and leadership to an emerging sales team with an aim to deliver rapid and profitable growth. The role involves strategic planning, forecasting, building out teams, and improving processes. This role will require strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to lead a medium-sized team. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and tactics for increasing market share and growth.
  • Establish sales metrics, reporting capabilities,--and benchmarks for measuring progress and success.--
  • Use--data to project sales and--determine profitability and targets.
  • Promote--best practices for exceptional sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Define roles, hand-offs, compensation packages, and tools to deliver an efficient and measurable sales process.
  • Recruit and develop talented sales professionals through ongoing coaching and management.
  • Assist with complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and close deals as necessary.-- What you'll bring:
    • 5+ years Sales Leadership in a software/SaaS business with 10+ years--sales experience with a focus on selling B2B products or services--with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify key metrics, monitor and track performance, make strategic business decisions, and execute on strategy.
    • High impact leadership skills, including setting a clear vision and strategy, motivating and coaching others, driving urgency and results.
    • Experience in implementing methodologies, sales training, and development programs.
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Understand what drives value in SaaS and recurring business models
    • HR software experience a plus Who you are:--
