Job Description:

R & R compressor Service Company is seeking a Territory Sales Representaive, the ideal candidate will oversee the company's operations in a particular region. They will be experienced in the manufacturing environment and industrial compressors, ensure that operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met. This candidate will build relationships with customers throughout a territory and generate new leads for business. Responsibilities* Professionally represent R & R Compressor Service Company* Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in assigned territory* Acquire knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design, offer solutions to sell Kaeser quality compressed air systems.* Call on end customers and OEM's in the territory to promote Kaeser and RRCS products and services.* reach and maintain sales goals and objectivesQualifications* College Degree or similar work experience.* 3-5 years outside sales experience of industrial capital equipment, preferably compressed air or similar capital equipment* Excellence written and verbal communication skills* PC Literate, specifically MS products, Word, Excel required. * Clean Driving record (required)
