Job Description:

Sales Enablement Program Specialist Overview: The Channel Training and Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all members of the sales and services organizations are well-equipped with the product knowledge, differentiators, incentives and processes necessary to effectively sell or refer Snaps current and future solution offerings. This role will help design and deliver channel training curriculum that will be delivered in workshop settings and on-demand, virtual training. Sales Enablement Program Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain course materials across various delivery channels including virtual, in person, and online learning. Course materials include: instructional design, presentation content, hands-on exercises, and clinics.
  • Collaborate with members of the training team, sales leadership, and product marketing to prioritize enablement content, as well as gather feedback and work with subject-matter experts on all aspects of course design and development.
  • Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of cross-channel enablement programs
  • Work with sales leadership to understand knowledge gaps in our channel content (battle cards, knowledge-based articles, etc.) and work to close any sales facing content gaps.
  • Deliver courses as needed or requested from regional sales leadership
  • Record and edit video content created by both you and others on the enablement team
  • Ongoing Learning and Development: Define, plan, and execute continuing education programs that drive sales productivity for a variety of sales roles.This will be in conjunction with sales leaders to focus on sales and industry specific needs.
  • Create demonstrations, presentations, and other sales collateral as needed
  • Developing, deploying, and managing a Sales Certification program Sales Enablement Program Specialist Qualifications:
    • Create compelling courseware, including written materials, presentation content, hands-on exercises, and knowledge assessments
    • Understand technologies quickly and independently as needed to develop appropriate sales enablement content
    • Work collaboratively with all members of the field enablement team
    • Manage time effectively, to complete tasks on a deadline, and to effectively communicate project status and risks as timelines evolve
    • Ability to work as part of a remote, distributed team
