Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading professional services organization in Seattle, WA to recruit a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a busy client services and new business development team in coordinating necessary materials for proposals, RFPs and other client acquisition efforts. Your role will focus on ensuring marketing materials and documentation are formatted, professional and all around optimized for client review, but you will get your hands on other marketing content projects for a variety of channels as needed. To be a fit, you need to bring 2+ years of marketing, sales support and/or proposal or contracts experience in a professional services or similar industry. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite at some level is a must, and experience with database and proposal software is a big plus.
This team has a leading reputation in the Pacific Northwest and this role is open due to GROWTH! Their marketing department is expanding as their business does, so now is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door. This is direct hire, permanent role that must sit in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. Pay for this role ranges from $55,000 to $68,000 annually, depending on relevant experience. While the role will start remotely, you can anticipate a hybrid schedule down the line to partner with cross-functional teams face-to-face.
Your role will include:

  • Writing, editing and optimizing new business development content and materials including RFPs, contracts, proposals and similar, ensuring documents are optimized for client review using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Writing and editing other internal and external marketing and communications materials
  • Supporting marketing and client services team members on a variety projects, tracking timelines and deadlines using database and project management software
  • Coordinating other marketing projects, including event planning, trade show presence, content overhauls and more
    To be a fit, you should bring:
    • 2+ years of marketing, sales support and/or proposal writing experience in a B2B environment
    • Industry experience in professional service, finance, real estate or similar
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Adobe Creative Suite experience, required; Experience with CRM and proposal software, preferred
    • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write and edit internal and external documentation
    • Excellent project management and client services skills
