The Job
Are you looking to work as part of a fast-paced sales team? Are you an energetic, outgoing person that likes to engage with people? Are you good at organization and follow up? Would you like to coordinate meetings/calls/demos?

The Outbound Sales Representative (OSR) generates qualified and engaged leads for Questionmark, researching, prospecting and qualifying contacts for the Business Development team. A key role for the Outbound Sales Representative is engaging with different businesses, establishing contact, and developing appointments.

Role & Responsibilities
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Researching, prospecting and qualifying leads for Business Development Managers.
Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the Business Development Managers.
Capturing accurate and legible documentation for all activity, recording information in Questionmark's customer relationship management solution.
Consistently maintaining departmental standards for quality.
Achieving defined productivity goals.
Meeting all company policies and procedures.
Working with weekly schedules relating to activity volume.
Working closely with the Marketing Department to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity.
Participating in marketing campaigns and events.

Experience and Skills
University level degree or 2-year related software sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Has 3-5 years of experience with engaging with prospective customers using technology (Software As A Service and/or installed software), with recurring revenues.
Essential skills required:
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Energy and desire to make numerous (60+) phone calls daily
'Hunter' mentality in seeking out new business
Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and colleagues
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email, chat and via telephone
