and Window Company began as a wood window and door manufacturing
company in 1978 with a specialty focus on replacement windows for
pre-1940 Seattle homes. Over the years we refined the brands and
products that we offer to cover a wide variety of projects and

colleagues and customers. Our inside sales representatives sell
windows, doors and installation services out of out Wallingford
showroom. What We are looking for: We are looking for an individual
with knowledge and experience in wood windows and doors. Our inside
sales reps provide a consulting approach to sales, solidifying our
reputation as the friendly neighborhood window people. What We

35 hourly Department: Sales Position Description: Our Inside Sales
Representatives pursue in-house leads via walk-in customers and
phone calls. Successful candidates in this role are knowledgeable
about the products we sell and act as guides to match customer
needs with the appropriate product to meet those needs. This person
is based out of the Wallingford Showroom, and is expected to travel
locally to perform house calls in order to provide the most
accurate quotes to our customers. Position Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead
follow-up
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer
questions
- Greet customers and create rapport
- closing deals and processing payments
- customer follow-up
- Developing leads and referrals
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in residential wood window sales, or
equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer service
experience
- Strong understanding of sales principles & customer service
practices, prior sales experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident & engaging personality
- Advanced knowledge of wood windows and doors and
installation
- Advanced understanding of the new construction and remodeling
phases
- Clear Customer Service Focus
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with Google and
Microsoft Office Suites, and Airtable Travel Requirements: Some
local travel may be required, no overnights. Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a
computer.
- Ability to stand, sit crouch, kneel multiple times a day for 8
hours a day.
- Light lifting that includes moving objects up to 20
pounds.
- Frequently Moving about, including stairs, to accomplish tasks.
