Sr. Producer Support - Individual & Medicare Sales (Lead)
(Remote) Seattle , Washington Providence is calling a Sr. Producer
Support - Individual & Medicare Sales (Lead) who will:Support the
marketing, enrollment and educational efforts of the Medicare &
Individual ProgramsBe responsible for identifying qualified
respondents for further action, closing the sale to qualified
prospects, or identifying qualified prospects who are not willing
to buy at this time for appropriate further follow upBe responsible
for the implementation of new services and the ongoing operations
of the PHP portions of the Medicare Value Added Services Program.
Activities include program development, marketing, developing
communication/promotional tools, developing contracts for new
program benefits and promote health education classes.We welcome
100% remote work for residents living in the States of Oregon and
Washington.Primary Responsibilities:Training new
salesrepresentative(s) and temporary employeesDevelop and maintain
training guides utilized by team members and insurance
producersTeam lead: Responsible for supporting management
initiatives, assisting in monitoring team member's performance,
communicate concerns and policies to management and team
membersResponsible for coordinating, creating and managing a
variety reports such as book of business for agencies and/or
insurance producers and material request from BRC leadsMakes
marketing recommendations to the Manager of Medicare & Individual
Sales and Medicare and Individual Broker Managers, as well as our
partners in product developmentProvides feedback to appropriate
PHP/PHA parties pertaining to marketing campaigns based
intelligence gathered from producers and clientsTrack all
interactions with producers and clients in Salesforce, and
establish next task with the focus on supporting the producers that
lead increased sales and member retentionMeet proactive phone &
email standards while balancing immediate needs of clients and
broker managersCollaborates with the Sales Management, Broker
Managers and Marketing & Communications in development of sales and
marketing materialServes as a subject matter experts pertaining to
plan benefits and value added programsSupports the needs of other
Departments when working with clients. This includes member
education about Plan procedures and requirementsDevelops and
maintains good working relationship with subject matter experts
within PHP/PHA and vendor partnersSupports and staffs PHP/PHA
sponsored eventsAddresses inquiries from potential Medicare and
Individual prospective member calls responding to an advertisement
or walking into the office for support and serviceProvides front
line support for Medicare and Individual contracted insurance
producers by :Providing product support and educationAddressing
immediate issues and concerns ranging from membership eligibility,
claims inquiries, missing commission, appointment status, supply
requests, member concerns and plan changesProviding technical
support for a variety of tools such as Producer Portal Landing Page
(PPLP), Ascend, ICM, SAP Onboarding, Litmos and all other tools
provided by PHP / PHA to our broker partnersRunning book of
business reportsAddressing Agent of Record requestAdditional
Responsibilities :Participate in development of new service for
Medicare and Individual producer's partners and membersProvide
technical training to producer partners pertaining to Providence
online tools such as Ascend, Litmos, ICM, etc.Conducts Medicare
Scope of Appointment (SOA) audits to ensure CMS requirements are
being adhered toAssists the Medicare and Individual Broker
Representatives in assessing and evaluating the services and
programs for adding, modifying or deleting value added services
offeredIdentify, confirm and escalate issues such as online
enrollment tools are down, provider directory issues, formulary
errors, etc.Required qualifications for this position
include:Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent
education and experience6 years experience in the health care
fieldDriving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver
license and auto insurance upon request.Preferred qualifications
for this position include:Coursework/Training: Training in Health
Promotions for the older population6 years phone sales experience5
years experience in managed care, marketing, sales and service4
yearsExperience in Health Promotions for the older population4
