experience the "Exhilaration of Discovery".JOB SUMMARYThe Sales &
Marketing Coordinator works with the outside sales team responsible
for the Travel Agency & Wholesale channels to provide support
through marketing, communication initiatives, training, advisor
support and customer service. This position is located in our NYC
office.ESSENTIAL DUTIESTo perform this job successfully, the
incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. Additional duties may be added or assigned at any
time. - Administrative support for the Travel Agency & Wholesale
sales team. - Invoice processing and commission reconciliation
support. - Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports for
consortia and key accounts. - Execute and maintain group contracts
for travel agencies and wholesaler accounts. - Maintain and update
travel agency sales database. - Attend weekly team meetings to
provide updates & input on projects, promotions, and events. -
Coordinate sales events, advisor educational events and
presentation planning. - Schedule online/webinar sales training for
trade channels. - Assist consortia members, travel agencies,
individual advisors and wholesaler accounts with sales and
marketing support. - Assist marketing in creation, updating, and
maintenance of content for Lindblad Expeditions on consortia
websites (Ensemble, WESTA, American Express, Virtuoso, and
Signature), advisor portal, advisor Facebook page & Expedition 360
trainingportal. - Reservations and operational support for agency
partners. - Other projects as requested.GENERAL
QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience BA/BS degree or equivalent
experience 2+ years in a sales or marketing role Experience in the
travel industry preferred Excellent skills in administration, be
detail-oriented, strong time management with the ability to handle
multiple tasks, meet deadlines and to work independently in a
fast-paced environment May be required to attend industry events as
neededOther Skills/Abilities Proficient computer skills including
Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Working knowledge of
Sales Force An understanding of Seaware reservation system is a
plus.What We OfferTarget base salary for this role based on
experience: $55,000 $60,000 yearly + target bonusOUR BENEFITS

arms.COMPENSATION STATEMENTLindblad Expeditions determines the pay
for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey
data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing
wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable
to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on
national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost
of living.For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers
allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be
based on the applicant's location, level of experience, education,
and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a
