Job Description Description: Under the general supervision of the
Agent Supervisor(s), this position monitors gaming operations for
compliance with all requirements of the Indian Gaming Regulatory
Act (IGRA), NIGC Regulations, Tribal/State Compact, Snoqualmie
Tribal Gaming Act and Regulations, the Gaming Operation's System of
Internal Controls, the Gaming Operation's Policies and Procedures,
and any applicable laws. Essential Duties:Responsible on a
per-shift basis for the overall monitoring of the Casino's
compliance with all regulations. Monitors gaming activities to
deter cheating, fraud, and noncompliance with all applicable
regulations. Writes incident reports and follows up on all reported
incidents/violations of regulations and controls, working closely
with Casino personnel when needed. Responsible for reporting any
observed/detected irregularities in any department.Maintain a
cordial and cooperative relationship with the Casino's management
while advocating solutions with supportive reasoning. Analyze
casino activities and recommend solutions to maintain and enhance
integrity through thorough audits and reviews. Monitor log sheets
and incident reports generated from casino operations. Check
employee and vendor licenses for irregularities. Escort State
Gaming Agency personnel when inspections occur. Receive,
investigate, report, and resolve (when appropriate) all patron
disputes per Commission policy. Gather evidence, video recordings,
witness statements, and any other items needed for any
investigation or patron dispute.Prepare and submit a Shift Activity
Report throughout each shift. Monitors casino for physical hazards
or acts/omissions that would jeopardize the safety of patrons and
employees.Process and verify received gaming equipment and software
following Commission policy. Process the shipment of gaming
equipment with gaming vendors and the State of Washington. Conduct
spot audits of gaming operations following Commission policy.
Additional Duties:Assists with Count Agent duties when required.

assigned. Requirements:Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word,
Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Proven ability of excellent
oral and written communication skills. Experience with monitoring
techniques for possible illegal gaming practices.Knowledge of
security practices including surveillance techniques. Education &
Experience: Education Required: High school Diploma/GED or
equivalent with specialized experience. Completion of the
Snoqualmie Gaming Commission Certification may substitute for
education/experience requirements. Education Preferred: Associates
degree from an accredited College. Experience: Two (2) years of
experience in gaming regulation and compliance or;Two (2) years of
gaming experience in one of the following disciplines or a
combination thereof: TLS / Slot Systems, compliance, surveillance,
internal audit, accounting, Table Games, Security, revenue audit,
or comparable experience required.2 years of Gaming Regulation
experience preferred. Certifications/Licenses:Must be able to
obtain and maintain a Gaming License.CFE, CCEP, ACAMS, or similar
certifications preferred. Other Requirements: Must be able to work
any shift in support of a 24/7 operation including weekends and
holidays sometimes on short notice.Must agree to be subject to the
Tribe's Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing Policy to include
pre-employment screening.Must pass a background check.Must possess
sensitivity to Native American culture. Must have the ability to
work remotely as assigned. Work Environment: Work generally takes
place in an office environment within a controlled atmosphere
building, but may also be subject to hot and cold temperatures.
Work environment will also include work both indoors and outdoors,
and may include tight quarters or cramped spaces. Fumes and odors
may also be experienced during the course of normal work
conditions. Tribal Preference: The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe follows
the Tribal Hiring Preference as outlined in tribal policies,
including the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). TERO sets
forth certain hiring preferences for qualified individuals who are
enrolled in a federally recognized Indian tribe, as well as, in
some cases, preference for certain family members of those
individuals. Additional InformationSalary will be determined based
on experience, starting at $ 57,494.97 per year.Competitive

first of the following month from hire date.401k retirement plan
with employer matching contributions up to 4% after 90 days
employment.Paid Vacation and Sick Leave: Employees accrue 12+ days
sick and vacation leave respectively. Increases based on years of
service. Unused vacation hours can be paid out twice a fiscal year.
Paid Holidays: Up to 20 paid holidays are offered every calendar
year, which includes the workdays between Christmas Eve and New
Year's Day. This is a salary position and employment is at-will.
