Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist with excellent communication and organizational skills to provide support to our Regional Sales Managers and customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing new machine order documents, developing and researching preliminary and formal proposals, compiling machine documentation, and communicating with customers on project status.Responsibilities:* Interface with Regional Sales Managers and customers regarding proposals, product testing, and new machine orders. * Initiate and manage new machine order documents. * Support the inside sales department in developing preliminary and formal proposals. * Research auxiliary equipment needed to develop proposals. * Communicate with customers on project status. * Compile machine documentation.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Provide a high level of customer service with a team-player attitude. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail. * Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook required. * Mechanical aptitude desired. * Experience in the food, pharma, or home products industry is a plus. * A college degree is a plus, but not required.Benefits:This position offers the potential for growth for the right individual.
