Direct Sales Representative
Position Location: Seattle, WA
Opportunity to earn $88,000 or more! We offer a $32,000 base with a
commission plan that allows you the freedom to exceed quota. (*See

Position Overview:
This is a dynamic opportunity to represent our multifamily sales
initiatives, in the Seattle, WA territory. The sales representative
will build relationships with community organizations, condo
associations and property management groups of apartment buildings
with 50+ units within our serviceable footprint.

*Base salary: The base salary range for this position in Washington
state is $32,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits,
commission, and sales incentives if applicable. The base pay range
represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on
various factors including but not limited to relevant skills,
geographical area, experience, and capabilities.
*Commission component: Targeted commissions are $56,940 annually.
Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant
upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their
sales targets.
