You will go over new and existing services that will be tailored to specific demographics & have a chance to have hands-on experience to relay that information face-to-face to a growing consumer base. Responsibilities of the Business Manager Trainee: Engage with existing & new consumers to educate them about the products and services we offer Attend sales account meetings with new and existing customers to build strong client-consumer relationships and increase customer retention Conduct market and territory research to increase brand awareness and optimize company outreach Deliver services that reflect the company’s values, nurturing positive business relationships Track market & sales trends & record customer interactions, collaborating with management to streamline a smoother overall experience Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring new team members, ensuring a diverse & well-balanced team
