business services in the Bellevue area. We’re looking for a
Management Trainee eager to fast-track into leadership while
gaining hands-on experience across sales, operations, and client
strategy. What You’ll Do: Participate in a structured training
rotation covering sales, marketing, client services, and operations
Support AT&T B2B sales initiatives: prospecting, client
outreach, and closing business deals Learn to lead, coach, and
mentor entry-level team members Build long-term client
relationships and resolve service issues Contribute to internal
operations, performance reporting, and efficiency improvements Join
leadership development workshops, seminars, and executive
mentorship programs
