Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative
sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing
role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience
working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Preferred
qualifications: Experience with managing digital marketing and
advertising campaigns. Experience working cross-functionally and
with data to identify trends and make recommendations. Experience
working in the media and entertainment. Understanding of Search and
YouTube. Ability to grow in challenger sales, operate in ambiguity,
and the ability to work with and sell in evolving products.
Excellent project Management skills and experience managing
multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders with the ability to
translate big picture thinking into client, agency, and internal

of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$108,000-$154,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
