Job Description:

Ecommerce Sales Specialist DII is quickly growing their e-commerce presence and is looking to fill a position for an E-commerce Sales Specialist. This Ecommerce Sales Specialist will be working solely with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central. The ideal candidate would offer creativity, yet an analytical mindset to move the business forward. We are looking for candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment that is rapidly changing and growing. This person must approach the position and all of their day to day tasks and goals with a sense of urgency. This candidate will need to be a problem solver, responsible, self-starter, extremely motivated and have a willingness to rapidly change to meet the demands of the Amazon selling platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Analyze data - find discrepancies, patterns, opportunities within the data to capitalize on sales growth, trends, brand growth and more Maintain, change and overhaul detail pages where needed to promote growth, relevancy, cohesiveness Execute business objectives which will achieve e-originated sales growth across the account Collaborate with team members to enhance sales and meet projected growth overall Learn and maintain knowledge of products and industry Past experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central is a plus Skills & Abilities: BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field 2+ years E-Commerce Selling Experience preferred Selling experience within consumer products, preferably across multiple brands Ability to work in a start-up like an environment and within an established company's surroundings Ability to operate independently given direction, and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly. Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges Take initiative Strong passion for both speed and simplicity Seller Central or Vendor Central Experience a Plus Team player Ability to work with a sense of urgency is a must Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to adapt to a changing environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with proven ability to learn new software systems Candidate must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug test.
