We are seeking experienced Senior Cloud Pre-sales Architect to support our clients. The successful candidate we be part of the Redapt's Cloud Solutions Team, providing custom solutions using their expertise and expert knowledge of Public Cloud to provide world class solutions for our clients. Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and willing to step up to new challenges. Must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Responsibilities: Assist sales team with business development activities, from opportunity identification, qualification and scoping Assess customer's existing business and technology landscape, evaluate current needs, goals and challenges Be a technology evangelist and educate prospects and customers on the cloud solution that makes the most sense for their business and technology requirements Establish healthy executive-level client relationships Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are aligned to business objectives, gaining a full understanding of current and future state Conduct gap analysis between current state and recommended solution as well as generation of a solution road-map laying out which pieces of the solution should be implemented in what order to deliver increasing business value. Clearly communicate proposed architectures in the pre-sales cycle for early validation and verification to the internal teams responsible for implementing and providing ongoing support Work with practice/delivery teams on solutions, proposal writing, presentations and demonstrations Participate in all aspects of the Solution design and TCO from analysis, design, delivery and support Provide thought leadership by speaking at partner and industry events, panels or marketing events as well as publishing blog posts, white papers, etc.Requirements: Background and experience working in the context of a sales team is a prerequisite 5+ years of experience with Pre-sales discussions, presentations, scope estimation and proposal writing 3+ years' experience with Public Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) 5+ years' experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization and implementation and implementation of on-premise, Microsoft Azure and/or GCP Solutions 5+ years of experience in developing and recommending approaches and technology solutions to customers 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft and GCP technical stack and build deployment automation In-depth understanding of Understanding of IAAS / PAAS / SAAS platforms Knowledge of Application Development, SDLC, Modern Front-end, Mobile development, Server Development technologies Knowledge of containerization, virtualization, configuration management & orchestration tools technologies Understanding of PCI, HIPAA, GDPR regulatory compliance frameworks Familiarity with ITIL, Prosci, Six Sigma, PMP and / or other development and implementation frameworks is a plus Expertise in networking, compute, storage and OS fundamentals Experience with Cloud Economic Assessments and activities using tools, CloudPhysics StratoZone, Movere, Cloudamize and others Relevant Industry leading certifications desired; e.g. AWS Solution Architect Professional, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc. Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills Comfortable and able to travel up to 50% domestic travelAbout: Redapt helps companies accelerate their business through innovation.
