Technical Accounting Manager Location: Remote (U.S. - EST hours) Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 We're hiring a Technical Accounting Manager to lead core initiatives that drive financial accuracy, audit readiness, and scalable processes. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role begins with a high-impact NetSuite COA cleanup and extends to shaping our technical accounting function. Why This Technical Accounting Manager Role: Lead the redesign and optimization of our NetSuite Chart of Accounts to support growth and compliance. Influence executive decision-making through improved financial clarity and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Technical Accounting Manager: Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions. Own NetSuite COA cleanup, structure, and system integrations. Support SOX/internal controls and interface with auditors and regulators. Partner across departments to align accounting policies and drive automation. Qualifications of the Technical Accounting Manager: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA or Master's preferred 5 years in public or corporate accounting (insurance/warranty/fintech a plus) Expertise in NetSuite and COA design; strong Excel skills Solid understanding of US GAAP, with strong analytical and communication skills TechnicalAccountingManager TechnicalAccountingManagerJobs
