The ideal candidate will consider customer experience an upmost priority and strive to always provide friendly and comprehensive information for the client and all involved. We are looking for the right person who will successfully execute specifically outlined aspects of event demand generation and organize marketing communications functions as they relate to: workstream management and coordination, meeting organization and leadership, full communication and correspondence creation and management, as well as the organization and possible creation of marketing content for event marketing campaigns. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Lists, Power BI,--and online databases.Essential Functions*May include any or all of the below:--- Manages daily project management tasks at a senior level without supervision or assistance--- Manages daily event execution such as content management and development, vendor management, database upkeep--- Maintains Excel spreadsheets and/or Microsoft Lists and all data entry into client databases--- Maintains advanced ability to update and deliver PowerPoint templates for weekly meetings--- Provides day-to-day event coordination, preparation, project management, and note-taking for multiple meetings--- Participates in team meetings and works collaboratively to complete client work with an emphasis on event-related projects--- Travels to onsite events for coordination and assistance of other team members, including national and international travel (not currently, but in the future)--- Possesses ability to schedule and maintain multiple meetings and calendars through Outlook--- Responsible for daily communication with team and extended staff in person and through Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint--- Assists other Freemind marketing and event managers with events they are working onQualifications--- Previous experience in a strategic project manager role--- Previous experience with event demand generation activities--- Proactive and thorough in completing existing tasks and pursuing new assignments on their own--- Strong oral and written communication skills--- Extremely detail-oriented with superior attention to detail; superior organizational skills--- Ability to executive quick response times to both internal and external requests--- Professionalism in all aspects of client interaction--- Ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently--- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team--- Ability to speak confidently in front of a team of people--- Ability to maintain multiple deadlines/driven projects--- Friendly, outgoing and energetic with exceptional communication skills--- Works well in a fast-paced, active and customer-centered environmentEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and 4+ years related experience with Microsoft; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
