The C&I team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.Ekata, a Mastercard company, is the global standard in identity verification, providing businesses worldwide the ability to link any digital transaction to the human behind it. Our Ekata Identity Engine, the first and only of its kind, uses complex machine learning to combine features derived from the billions of transactions within our proprietary network and the data from our graph to deliver industry leading risk assessment solutions.As part of this team, the Product Manager II will be responsible for multiple innovative product offerings built on top of our differentiated data sets. You will focus on diving deep into understanding our customers, their end to end journey through our products and execute on building a tailored experience that will delight them. You will work closely with every function within the team including Engineering, Data Science, Sales and Marketing to build best in class products, take it to market, measure, iterate and ensure its commercial success.In this role you will: Build the long term product strategy by deeply understanding customer needs, use cases, market dynamics and product principles Develop short term and long term product priorities, write product requirement documents, and communicate and build consensus on prioritization within the overall product roadmap Define product and Go-To-Market metrics and monitor them to ensure overall success Identify product improvements and iterate to make them a reality Build effective cross functional relationships with product marketing, sales, account management and engineering to drive execution and overall product success Be the product evangelist and communicate the broader strategic story and thought leadership to both internal and external stakeholders Manage the daily workflow with a team of engineers, data scientists and designersAll About You:

  • Proven experience in a Product Management role, preferably in a the B2B SaaS space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Problem solver and ability to work around obstacles to achieve goals
  • Must have a collaborative working style with a strong focus on disciplined execution and results
  • Experience with modern forms of product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process
