Senior Chief of Staff Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing
Company is currently seeking a Senior Chief of Staff to join the
team in Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; or Berkeley, MO . This position
is in support of Boeing Global Services (BGS) Information
Technology (IT) Business Partner Directors providing chief of staff
support to two directors. This position provides oversight of
operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management actions to
ensure consistent follow-through, while building and maintaining
operational rhythms (regular meetings, reporting, and performance
metrics) that drive alignment and accountability across teams. This
individual will prepare high-quality executive materials, manage
stakeholder relationships, foster a collaborative culture of
continuous improvement, and demonstrate versatility, resilience,
and exceptional attention to detail in fast-paced, feedback-rich
environment. Position Responsibilities: Provide oversight of
actions related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial
management; ensure consistent follow through Build and maintain
operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and
performance metrics to ensure alignment and accountability across
teams Prepare materials for executive meetings, including
presentations, reports, and strategic documents Manage stakeholder
relationships across the organization, ensuring effective
communication and alignment on strategic priorities Foster a
culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging
team members to share ideas and best practices Demonstrate
versatility and resilience in navigating challenges and adapting to
changing business needs Demonstrate extremely high levels of
attention to detail; produce high quality deliverables with minimal
rework Respond well to fast-paced environments Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): 5 years of experience working in a
cross functional environment with all levels in the business from
individual contributors to executive leadership 5 years of
experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders 5 years of
experience working in Engineering, Information Technology, or
equivalent technical field 5 years of experience with business
operations and/or business process improvements Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or
equivalent work or military experience 5 years of experience
communicating with executive audiences 5 years of experience
collaborating internally across multiple organizations Experience
leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and
supporting team members Experience in Program Management,
Compliance, Risk Management and Finance Experience with the
Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting framework Conflict of

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well
as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $133,450
– $193,200 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not
