How are leads generated? You have a deep

How will the customers I onboard be serviced?
We’ve got great news for you! vCom’s Account team is ready to
provide world-class account management and own the ongoing
strategic direction of each existing account. That means your
time is freed up to focus on prospecting for more new logos!
Do I have to sit behind a desk all day? No way!
vCom values face-time with prospects and networking contacts. Our
BDM’s frequently travel to trade shows, conferences, and meetings
with customers in-person. You’re also encouraged to host
dinners, golf outings, concerts, happy hours, go-karting

Our estimated comp range for this role is ~$200-300k, but we are
open to talking with candidates at ALL pay levels. If you’re

What you'll bring
- Extensive experience in Software or SaaS sales
- Experience with Managed Services sales
- Experience in closing deals in the $250K – $3M range
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Heavily connected on LinkedIn (500+)
- Possess a network of relevant decision-makers from other past
- BA/BS degree preferred

The Selection Process

- Your resume/application will be reviewed by a human
- Qualified candidates will be invited to complete two
- Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate
in a pre-screening phone conversation with Human Resources
- A select group of candidates will be interviewed (rounds of
interviews may include phone, video, an in-person interviews with
vCom’s sales leaders and CRO). Candidates participating in the
in-person interview will present a sales pitch demo and share a
30-60-90 day business plan.
