the day-to-day functions of TA Operations within the recruiting
team.

clarityJob Responsibilities
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training
needs
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific
training needs
- Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional
design
- Develop Maintain internal training resource aids such as
SharePoint sites and content & grant user access to internal TA
applications and tools
- Full-management and execution of contract conversion of
contingent workforce consultants
- Assist in building a talent pipeline and help with candidate
sourcing and screening candidates for entry-level roles as
needed
- Deep understanding of recruitment operations process Map out
training plans for individual employees
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as HR Technology, HR
Operations, Talent Operation Managers, Global Mobility &
Compensation, Legal & Marketing
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and
methodology
- Maintain employee training records
- Onboard new team members including creating new hire
acclimation plans, requesting account accesses, ordering equipment,
etc.
- Subject matter expertise with talent acquisition technology
systems, preferably Workday
- Liaise with Global Mobility on International Recruitment and
relocation
- Project work as necessary including but not limited to data
reporting, employee referral program, SuperUser point of
contactWhat You Bring to the Role (Qualifications): - Proven
experience in professional talent acquisition and/or an operational
background - Deep understanding of recruitment operations with
focus on experience management, critical transactional components -
Proven success driving process and systems advancement across a
team - Experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook,
Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing
work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple
projects - Task oriented with experience following structured
processes Preferred Qualifications: - Leading projects; preferably
in a progressive and best in class recruiting organization with
high volume, large multi-national organization - Familiarity with
FedCon regulations within talent acquisition and operations - Prior
or current experience in Talent Acquisition operations - Prior or
current The Walt Disney Company experience with an understanding of
Disney's HR systems and processes - Proven success with coaching
and developing team capabilities and leading through vision and
values
- Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, or similar
role
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational
techniquesEducation: HS Diploma, BS/BA Degree or equivalent
experience
